Owner: Latindex. Latindex represents a major initiative created by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in 1997 to promote the visibility and dissemination of Ibero-American scientific journals, and improve the quality of journals published in the region. Today, Latindex is a regional network with participation of national focal points in 22 countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal.
